Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, have released the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 09/2025 for recruitment to various Level-1 posts in Indian Railways.

PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET)

Male Candidates

  • Carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
  • Run 1000 meters in 4 min 15 sec

Female Candidates

  • Carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes
  • Run 1000 meters in 5 min 40 sec

PET is qualifying in nature.
