Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), West Zone, has published an official notification inviting eligible candidates for the post of Hospitality Monitor on a contractual basis. Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed a full-time regular course from a recognized institute. Eligible qualifications include:
- B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration (NCHMCT affiliated)
- BBA / MBA in Culinary Arts from Institutes under Ministry of Tourism
- B.Sc. in Hotel Management & Catering Science
- MBA in Tourism & Hotel Management
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 27 Years (UR Category)
- SC / ST: 5 Years relaxation
- OBC: 3 Years relaxation
- PwBD: 10 Years relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules
Salary & Allowances
- Monthly CTC: ₹30,000/- (including statutory deductions)
- Daily Allowance: ₹350/- per day for on-board train duty
- Lodging Charges: ₹240/- for outstation night stay
- National Holiday Allowance: As per IRCTC norms
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursable as per policy
Posting Location
Selected candidates may be posted in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, and Rajasthan. However, IRCTC may deploy candidates anywhere in India based on operational requirements.
