BCPL Salary / Pay Scale 2026

Selected candidates ना Basic Pay सोबत Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance @ 10% of basic pay (NE region posting असल्यास), HRA, Medical Facility, PRMS, DCPS आणि इतर applicable benefits कंपनीच्या नियमांनुसार मिळू शकतात.

Educational Qualification – Eligibility Criteria

1. Foreman (Chemical)

• Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology.
• Minimum 55% marks.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.

2. Foreman (Civil)

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil.
• Minimum 55% marks.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.

3. Junior Superintendent – Human Resources

• Bachelor Degree.
• Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.
• Minimum 50% marks in each qualification.
• Personal Computer operations चे knowledge आवश्यक.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience.

4. Foreman (Instrumentation)

• Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics.
• Minimum 55% marks.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience.

5. Operator (Chemical)

• B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 50% marks OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks.
• 01 year Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.

6. Technician (Electrical)

• Matric + ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical / Wireman Trade.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience.

7. Technician (Instrumentation)

• Matric + ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation Trade.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience.

8. Technician (Mechanical)

• Matric + ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Machinist / Turner Trade.
• 02 years Post Qualification Experience.

Age Limit

Foreman / Junior Superintendent: 32 Years

Operator / Technician: 30 Years

Age आणि Post Qualification Experience साठी cut-off date 09 October 2026 आहे. SC/ST candidates साठी 5 वर्षे आणि OBC (NCL) candidates साठी 3 वर्षांपर्यंत upper age relaxation लागू आहे. PwBD आणि इतर पात्र categories साठी notification नुसार additional relaxation उपलब्ध आहे.
