Eligibility Criteria – HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Graduation in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
- Must have completed degree after 01 April 2023.
- Minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC.
- Minimum 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Age Limit (As on 02-03-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation
- OBC-NC: 3 Years Relaxation
- PwBD: 10 Years Relaxation
Monthly Stipend
Selected candidates under HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will receive:
- Total Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month
- Rs. 20,500 paid by HPCL
- Rs. 4,500 paid directly by Government of India (DBT Scheme)
