Income Tax Pune Sports Quota Recruitment 2026: 85 Vacancies – Apply Online
The Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Pune Region, has invited applications from meritorious sportspersons for recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade-II, Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
A total of 85 vacancies are available under the sports quota recruitment. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the prescribed online application portal.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit

Educational Qualification
- Stenographer Grade-II: 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.
- Tax Assistant: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation / 10th Class pass or equivalent.
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation for meritorious sportspersons may be available as per Government of India rules and the conditions prescribed in the official notification.
Selection Criteria
Meritorious sportspersons will be considered according to the prescribed order of preference. Higher preference is given to candidates who have represented India in international competitions, followed by eligible State/UT national-level medalists, University-level medalists, Khelo India participants and other prescribed categories.

The fee is payable through online mode only. Proof of payment must be furnished with the application. The application fee is non-refundable.

आयकर विभाग, पुणे विभागाच्या प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त कार्यालयामार्फत प्रतिभावान खेळाडूंसाठी ८५ पदांची भरती जाहीर करण्यात आली आहे. या भरतीमध्ये स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड-II, टॅक्स असिस्टंट आणि मल्टी-टास्किंग स्टाफ (MTS) या पदांचा समावेश आहे.

राष्ट्रीयत्व
उमेदवार भारताचा नागरिक असणे आवश्यक आहे.
वयोमर्यादा
- स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड-II: १८ ते २७ वर्षे
- टॅक्स असिस्टंट: १८ ते २७ वर्षे
- MTS: १८ ते २५ वर्षे
शैक्षणिक पात्रता
- स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड-II: मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळ / विद्यापीठातून इयत्ता १२ वी उत्तीर्ण.
- टॅक्स असिस्टंट: मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाची पदवी किंवा समतुल्य पात्रता.
- MTS: मॅट्रिक / इयत्ता १० वी उत्तीर्ण किंवा समतुल्य.
क्रीडा कामगिरीनुसार प्राधान्य
- आवश्यक परवानगीसह आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पर्धेत भारताचे प्रतिनिधित्व केलेले खेळाडू.
- राष्ट्रीय स्पर्धा / राष्ट्रीय क्रीडा स्पर्धेत राज्य किंवा केंद्रशासित प्रदेशाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करून प्रथम तीन क्रमांक मिळवलेले खेळाडू.
- आंतरविद्यापीठ स्पर्धा किंवा Khelo India University Games मध्ये प्रथम तीन क्रमांक मिळवलेले खेळाडू.
- Khelo India Youth Games, Khelo India Winter Games किंवा Khelo India Para Games मध्ये पात्र कामगिरी केलेले खेळाडू.
- राष्ट्रीय शालेय क्रीडा स्पर्धांमध्ये पात्र कामगिरी केलेले खेळाडू.
- निर्धारित स्तरावर प्रतिनिधित्व केलेले परंतु पदक / स्थान प्राप्त न केलेले पात्र खेळाडू.
