NCL Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 270 Assistant Foreman Posts
Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna company and subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released a new employment notification for Assistant Foreman (Trainee) vacancies. A total of 270 posts are available for deployment in mines and establishments located in Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh) and Sonbhadra (Uttar Pradesh).
Candidates holding Diploma in relevant engineering branches can apply online. The application process will start from 11 February 2026 and the last date to apply is 05 March 2026.

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Matriculation / 10th pass from recognized board.
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering.
- Higher qualifications like Degree in relevant engineering are allowed.
- Distance / Part-time qualifications are NOT accepted.
🎂 Age Limit (as on 05/03/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years

💵 Salary
Selected candidates will receive ₹47,330.25 per month (Basic) during training. Other benefits like DA, HRA, medical facilities, attendance bonus and transport subsidy will be provided as per NCWA rules.

- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- 100 Marks | 90 Minutes
- 70 Questions – Technical
- 30 Questions – GK, Reasoning, Aptitude
- No negative marking
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- UR/EWS – 50 Marks
- SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PwBD – 40 Marks
