Eligibility Criteria
1. Research Officer
- MA in Sociology / Social Work / Tribal Studies / DNT-NT Studies.
- Preferably PhD / NET / SET.
- Experience:
- Research coordination
- Tool development
- Qualitative & quantitative research
- SPSS / Kobo Collect / Excel
- Strong communication skills (Marathi & English).
- Age: Below 45 years preferred.
- Research publication on DNT communities – desirable.
2. Research Associate
- MA in Social Work / Rural Development / Sociology / Economics or related.
- Preference: Candidates with Tribal/DNT/NT study background.
- Data entry + statistical knowledge.
- Marathi & English fluency; report writing skills.
- Age: Below 40 years preferred.
3. Research Investigators
- BA Social Sciences or pursuing MA/MSW (Final Year).
- Preferably experienced in:
- Case studies
- Focus Group Discussions
- Field data collection
- Good communication in Marathi & English.
Job Responsibilities
- Extensive field visits across Maharashtra.
- Household surveys, FGDs, interviews.
- Data collection, entry, analysis.
- Literature review & tool preparation.
- Preparing drafts of project reports.
- Supporting Project Director.
